The participation fee for the Summer School is €300 per participant.

Registration will be considered confirmed only after submission of this form and payment of the participation fee.

Participants who wish to cancel their registration may request a full refund until May 20, 2026.

Cancellations received after May 20, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that the participation fee contributes to the organizational costs of the initiative, including planning, logistics, and preparatory activities. Therefore, after the refund deadline the participation fee cannot be reimbursed.

However, participants may transfer their registration to another person by notifying the organizers no later than June 13, 2026.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the program or cancel the event due to force majeure. In such cases, any participation fees already paid will be fully refunded.
